A metodologia usada é a análise bibliográfica.; [eng] The article deals with the female labor market and its relationship with Law No. 14,611/2023, known as the Equal Pay Law, the LGPD and the EU AI ACT, which is a regulatory instrument for the use of artificial intelligence in worker management processes in the European Union, so important in the digital world, that Brazil intends to regulate it. The methodology used is bibliographic analysis.
