[por] Estuda a proteção à saúde ocupacional dos trabalhadores em plataformas digitais. O objetivo é saber se esses trabalhadores, empregados ou autônomos, dispõem de proteção constitucional à saúde no trabalho, qual o seu alcance e o grau de responsabilidade de aplicativos e de empresas fornecedoras de serviços e de produtos. Para isso, utiliza-se pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o direito à saúde, o meio ambiente de trabalho e o trabalho em plataformas digitais e a análise crítica da Constituição e da tênue legislação sobre o tema. Espera-se, ao fim, compreender como se efetiva a proteção à saúde ocupacional dos trabalhadores em plataformas digitais.; [eng] This is a study on the protection of workers’ occupational health on digital platforms. The goal is to know whether these workers, employees or self-employed, have constitutional protection to health at work, their scope and the degree of responsibility of the digital platform, and service and product delivery companies. A bibliographic research has been carried out on the right to health, on the work environment and on the work on digital platforms. Moreover, a critical analysis of the Constitution and of the rare legislation on the subject has been performed, with the goal to understand how the protection of workers’ occupational health on digital platforms can be effective.
