Years after the reform, none of the promised benefits have been achieved, representing a clear failure to creating jobs and a weapon against those least favored in the employment relationship. The Federal Constitution protects social rights, counteracting the capital’s attacks, but recent decisions by the legislature disregard constitutional precepts and labor achievements.
